A DSH (DeepSeek Harness) web plugin that adds sidebar panels and a dsh-panel CLI to manage MCP servers (stdio/HTTP) in cordis.patch.yml and manage agent skills (add, scope, group, enable/disable) on disk. Changes hot-reload via DSH file watchers and HMR.
