FastMCP is a TypeScript framework built on the official MCP SDK that removes boilerplate for defining tools, resources, and prompts, with auth, OpenAPI conversion, HTTP streaming/SSE, and edge/serverless support. Note: it targets legacy handshake MCP revisions, not the newer stateless spec.
