Graft is a TypeScript CLI that builds a linked-markdown context graph of your codebase with tree-sitter, then feeds it to Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and other agents via hooks or an MCP server. It aims to cut agent token cost, latency and tool calls while improving multi-file correctness.
