Build A Local Knowledge-base Chatbot

A lightweight RAG learning project with a Streamlit upload and chat interface. It chunks TXT files, stores embeddings in a persistent Chroma database, and uses LangChain with DashScope models for retrieval-grounded, streaming answers and follow-up questions.
