Interactive Graph Exploration In A Streamlit UI

Demo agent that navigates a Neo4j graph one hop at a time using TypeSafe's system_one structured-decision API: each hop returns a probability distribution over outgoing relationships, and top-k beam search (log-prob ranked) finds best paths. Includes reusable library, notebooks, and a Streamlit visualizer.
