Score Each Tool Call/result For Keep-or-drop Via One Fast Jev Request

Claude Code plugin and npm library that swaps the built-in compaction summary for Jev-scored pruning: every tool call and result is judged in one fast request, stale ones dropped or truncated, kept messages stay verbatim. Falls back to the built-in summary when reduction is too small or Jev fails.
